Receiving your ticket

This is a ticketless service. You will not receive a physical ticket.
Once your payment is received, we will inform you of your Reservation Number and Confirmation Number (reference number) using the contact details you provided.

Customers purchasing a domestic air ticket

It may take some time to receive your email containing the information you will need to use the ticketless system.
It will be sent to your registered email address no later than 4 days prior to departure. If you make your payment within 3 days of departure, we try to send your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Boarding JAL(JAC/JTA/RAC) and HAC flights

Press the "Receive My Ticket" button on the JAL automated check-in terminal. Enter the Confirmation Number provided in your email, then retrieve your boarding pass. If you will be checking luggage, please proceed to the luggage counter.

If you will not be checking any luggage, proceed to the departure security checkpoint. Be sure to pass through this checkpoint no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.

Arrive at the boarding gate no later than 10 minutes prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to board the aircraft.

Things to note:

*Luggage can be checked at the luggage counter up to20 minutes before the flight departs.

*Departure time is the time that the aircraft takes off.

*If you are traveling from Shizuoka Airport to Fukuoka or New Chitose Airport, please visit the Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) counter.

Boarding ANA/ADO/SNA flights

Press the "Enter Confirmation Number" button on the automated check-in terminal for your respective airline. Enter the Confirmation Number (reference number) and Reservation Number provided in your email, then retrieve your boarding pass.

If you will be checking luggage, please proceed to the luggage counter. If you will not be checking any luggage, proceed to the departure security checkpoint. Be sure to pass through this checkpoint no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.

Q: How do I enter that I am a mileage club member?

A: You can do this when you conduct the boarding process at the departure airport. Bring your mileage club member card with you when you check in. You can also enter this information in advance from the homepage of your respective airline.
