This is a ticketless service. You will not receive a physical ticket.
Once your payment is received, we will inform you of your Reservation Number and Confirmation Number (reference number) using the contact details you provided.
It may take some time to receive your email containing the information you will need to use the ticketless system.
It will be sent to your registered email address no later than 4 days prior to departure. If you make your payment within 3 days of departure, we try to send your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Press the "Receive My Ticket" button on the JAL automated check-in terminal. Enter the Confirmation Number provided in your email, then retrieve your boarding pass. If you will be checking luggage, please proceed to the luggage counter.
If you will not be checking any luggage, proceed to the departure security checkpoint. Be sure to pass through this checkpoint no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
Arrive at the boarding gate no later than 10 minutes prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to board the aircraft.
Press the "Enter Confirmation Number" button on the automated check-in terminal for your respective airline. Enter the Confirmation Number (reference number) and Reservation Number provided in your email, then retrieve your boarding pass.
If you will be checking luggage, please proceed to the luggage counter. If you will not be checking any luggage, proceed to the departure security checkpoint. Be sure to pass through this checkpoint no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
