Evolable Asia Corporation (Head Office: Minato Ward, Tokyo Prefecture; CEO: Hideki Yoshimura; Stock Code: 6191), hereinafter referred to as “Evolable Asia”, deals with online traveling, tourism in Japan, and IT offshore development around Asia with a corporate philosophy of One Asia. This is a notification on our plans to apply for transferring to the TSE main board.

Evolable Asia has made a decision to transfer our stocks from TSE Mothers to the TSE main board on November 14, 2016 at the board of directors meeting. The application to transfer will be completed within this term (September 2017 term).
This application does not have a definite result. TSE may reject our application, in which case, we will keep our stock in TSE Mothers.

■ Reasons applying to transfer to the TSE main board
Evolable Asia was established as Capital Co., Ltd. in 2007; changed the name to Evolable Asia Corporation in 2013; expanded our trade to online traveling, tourism in Japan, and IT offshore development around Asia; and was listed in TSE Mothers on March 31, 2016.
After being listed on TSE Mothers, we have expanded our business using our place on the stock market to our benefit. However, we have been considering transferring the market at an early stage in order to improve social credibility and recognition and to secure excellent human resources for a strong management foundation.
We have determined our ability to explain profitability and growth to general investors based on the advancement in business results of the September 2016 term and have reached a decision of transferring our stocks within this term (September 2017 term) and the last term (September 2016 term) as the preceding term. 

Evolable Asia will dedicate ourselves for better services and push forward to expand and develop our businesses.
